Positive: Great location with easy elevator access. Spacious terrace and balcony with a lovely view and sun all day. The host was friendly, and check-in/check-out were smooth and convenient.

Negative: The apartment isn’t new, even though the listing headline suggests it. The kitchen lacks some basic equipment and has old pans. Furniture feels cheap, the bed is quite hard, and there’s no vacuum cleaner or washing machine for longer stays. A sun umbrella on the terrace would be a nice addition. Not the owner’s fault, but there were loud arguments and shouting from a neighbouring apartment almost every evening during our 11-night stay.

Summary: A solid option in Nettuno — great location and terrace.
