It is comfortably furnished for 8 people with 3 independent air conditioning splits : 1 in the living room, 1 in the dining room and the last one on the landing of the 4 bedrooms located upstairs. The house has a small garden at the front and a large terrace at the back with a private swimming pool of 7mx4m protected by an alarm. The terrace furnished with garden furniture and deckchairs has a patio of abound 10m².
On the ground floor, entrance with fitted kitchen, independent dining room, independent living room and spacious bathroom with double sinks, bath and shower. These 2 rooms open directly onto the terrace at the back.
A staircase goes up to the bedrooms from the living room with 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.
Parking at the end of the dead end, in from of the house. Sorry pets are not allowed.
