The Space
Enjoy a large, covered terrace overlooking the quieter of the PACIFICO pools. This second-floor condo sits in one of the closest buildings to the main entrance and offers beautiful tropical pools.
Inside the condo opens to a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need for cooking up a delicious meal on vacation – or order in from one of the many restaurants in the area! The kitchen has a stacked washer/dryer tucked inside a closet and breakfast bar seating for 3. There is also a dining table that seats 6 just past the kitchen. The living room has a large smart TV with digital cable along with ample seating for when you want to relax in the cool A/C. Large sliding doors open to the covered terrace with 2 conformable recliners as well as a lounger. The terrace receives shade throughout the day and is flanked by large palm trees.
From the terrace, you also have access to the primary bedroom, with large patio doors that open to the large room with a king bed, smart TV with digital cable, and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet, safe, shower stall, water closet, and two vanities. This bedroom features beautiful wood furniture and tropical decor. The second bedroom sits at the front of the unit and has a full bathroom just outside the door. The room has a queen bed and stays cool and shaded throughout the day. There is plenty of parking at the building as well as complimentary golf cart charging. You are also just steps from the main gate and pedestrian exit.
Getting Around
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
