Positive: The apartment within this beautiful building were outstanding! Prior and during our stay contact with staff was fabulous and so very helpful. The gentleman who attended to housekeeping is a true star, the apartment was spotless! Massimo was also very friendly, helpful and the whole stay was a delight. Beautiful linen, quality bed and perfect really. Door staff also very pleasant. Very close to all amenities and whilst traffic noise....its centre of Naples, perfect location.

Negative: Absolutely nothing.

Summary: Perfect apartment making this a great base for exploring.
