Apartment for 2 guests:
On the ground floor is a small apartment of 40 m2 with a bedroom, a living room/kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room.
Apartment for 4 guests:
Also on the ground floor is the second apartment of 50 m2. Here is a bedroom with a double bed, and a separate living room that can also be made into a bedroom (sofa bed for two people). There is a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen. There is a wood-burning stove in the living/bedroom.
Apartment for 6 guests:
An internal staircase leads up to what was once the main house. The layout is still recognizable and it is 120 m2 in size. Here are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds. There is a large living and dining room with a fireplace and a separate kitchen. This kitchen adjoins a large roof terrace. It is the only kitchen that also has a dishwasher. There is a sofa bed in the living room.
All three apartments have a washing machine and a coffee machine with pods. There is no air conditioning, but there arefans in the upstairs bedrooms.
There is an extra toilet near the covered terrace and the swimming pool.
- Poggio Santa Maria is a modern winery situated on the highest point of Castiglione del Lago on the border with Tuscany and overlooking Lake Chiusi. There are expansive views all around. In addition to excellent wines, you can also taste authentic types of pasta. These are made from grains grown on the farm. This proud winery is part of an agriturismo that has been owned by the same family for generations. The current owner took over from his grandfather and managed to transform it into the modern winery of today.
On the same estate, there is also a private holiday home with a swimming pool for up to 12 guests, in three apartments. As a family or group of friends, you can enjoy a lot of privacy, a beautiful swimming pool, and all the services that the winery offers within a 5-minute walk.
Arriving at the agriturismo you drive through the gate where there is parking for 3 cars. If you walk past the house you come to the swimming pool with a view of the countryside. The pool is 5 by 12 meters and up to 1.50 meters deep. Near the pool is a spacious covered terrace with a barbecue next to it. Here is also a small playground and a vegetable garden for the guests.
The house itself is divided into 3 apartments that are only rented together as a private villa during the summer months of June, July, August, and September. Out of this season, one can also rent a single apartment.
If you drive an electric car, you can charge it at the winery.

Final cleaning is charged separately @ €150 per booking for the whole villa.The cleaning charge is €30 for the small apartment, €50 for the apartment for 4 guests, €70 for the largest apartment for 6 guests.
Guests can order breakfast at the wine estate @ €10 per person.
At the winery, you can choose from 3 different wine-tastingmenus varying from €20 to €32 per person.
A dog is welcome after explicit request and one pays €50 extra for the dog.
On-site, there is a tourism tax to be paid: Eur 1,00/person/night for a maximum of 5 nights (the amount remains the same for longer periods). Children until 12 years of age do not have to pay.
