Cottage of 180 m² built with stones, with a large raised, flowery and enclosed garden of 600m² with its private small secured swimming pool. Its dimensions are of 5m X 4m with a depth of 1.20m, it is open from mid April to mid October. Between Carcassonne and Minerve, the house is comfortable for 8 persons but ideal for 6 persons.
On the ground floor, a spacious room with a large fireplace and a dining room, 1 double bedroom, a fitted and independent kitchen, 1 shower room and 1 separates toilet.
On the 1st floor 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom for children with 2 bunk beds, 1 nice and large shower room and 1 separate toilet. Air conditionning on these 3 bedrooms.
Small swimming pool (5 m/4 m) equipped with a pool alarm, at a unique depth of 1,2 m and open from mid may to end of september.
Views on the countryside and on the surrounding hills. Sorry pets are not allowed. Owners speak spanish.
