Reception opening hours vary according to the season. from november to may, reception is open on mondays, thursdays, fridays, saturdays and sundays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. on wednesdays, reception is open from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm only, and it is closed on tuesday and wednesday mornings. from may to november, reception is open daily from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. opening hours are subject to change; guests are advised to contact the residence prior to arrival. in case of arrival outside reception hours, please inform the property in advance, city tax is payable upon arrival. a security deposit of €800 will be required upon check-in in the form of a bank pre-authorization. guests are kindly requested to clean the kitchen area before departure, the price includes accommodations, bed and bath linen, basic wi-fi access, beds made upon arrival, a welcome kit, a cleaning kit and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and the kitchen area). paid electric vehicle charging stations are available on site, the accommodations may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the description, including children and babies. if exceeded, a paid upgrade may be offered subject to availability; otherwise, the reservation may be canceled without refund. pets are not permitted in the residence and may result in cancelation without refund. strollers are available on request and subject to limited availability, optional à la carte services are available at an additional cost, including early check-in, late check-out, mid-stay housekeeping and preferred accommodations location, the residence features three outdoor swimming pools. the main pool (16 × 30 ft) is unheated and equipped with deckchairs, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. a quieter adults-only pool (8 × 26 ft), heated from april to november, is reserved exclusively for adults during july and august. a children’s pool (8 × 26 ft, depth 20 in), unheated and fully secured, is dedicated to younger guests so they can enjoy the water safely. pool heating applies exclusively to the adults’ pool.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
