Positive: For us this was a chance discovery, but a wonderful one. we were looking for a place to stay overnight close to Verona but had not expected to end up in such a fabulous place as the Borghetto, nor with such wonderful hosts! The room was large, comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated. It was right on the river (a mill race) which was lovely to listen to during the night. We dined out with great recommendations from out host. Breakfast was superb; fresh home-cooked cakes and a great choice of fresh fruits. We were sorry to leave after such a short stay. We will certainly return.

Negative: The parking is a little way away from the hotel (approx 200m; necessarily, since the hotel is in the heart of the little village) but the walk is lovely.

Summary: A wonderful chance discovery.
