ACCOMMODATION
The apartment, independent with a beautiful garden, consists of a spacious bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (with the possibility of joining them), a bathroom with shower equipped with hairdryer and a lounge with sofa bed and connected dining area to the kitchen through a fan door, at the end the latter is fully equipped and equipped with a dishwasher. Outside there is a large equipped terrace where you can eat outside and relax after a long day.
The apartment is equipped with: air conditioning, independent heating, safe, TV, completely free wifi, cot (on request, with supplement), linen at the beginning of the stay and weekly change (the latter on request, without supplement).
The accommodation for your holidays is located on the ground floor, in a residence consisting of a total of 6 apartments, also there is a common terrace equipped with a rocking chair and outdoor living room. The historic center of Sirmione is a short distance away, reachable on foot with beautiful walks along the lake or with public services. Less than 5 minutes walk you can reach the supermarket and the various public transport stops. It is also located a few steps from the lake and the public beach equipped for surfing and water sports. To better visit the area and the neighboring countries you can use the bicycles that we have available for you free of charge (to be requested from the owners).
We accept pets with a supplement of € 6 per day while the tourist tax is € 1 per person per day.
