Summary: Accurate photos and super clean! To our surprise, staff was present everyday offering cooking, cleaning, maintenance, recommendations, and activities. Some areas of improvement: -Sliding doors: challenging to open and close. However, there are many of them so we were always able to find a work around. -Master bath: absolutely stunning. But there are some issues with the water pressure and plumbing. We had to have maintenance take a look at the shower head in order for the water to not spray outside the shower. Thankfully, there was a wand for the days the shower head was out of commission! For the plumbing, you can definitely hear things moving through the lines. Upon first flush the first day, water sprayed all over the floor and on our last day we noticed a foul smell emanating from the toilet (while there were no other presenting issues). -TV's: huge and great when you get them to work! But a little difficult to use. Our fam of 8 wanted to stream football on a rainy day and we struggled to find an HDMI cable. Some TV's have corresponding iPads and our group thought that it would be helpful to have the passcodes written on them for all to have access. -Lastly, there was only one key for us and the staff. It would be super convenient to have another key made to make for a seamless day (if exploring outside the home!) All in all, these things are definitely fixable and should not sway your decision to stay here. Super lux absolutely delivers on comfort and style!!
