Positive: It is close to the beach and has its own parking lot.

Negative: Our room was above a restaurant, from where the noise could be heard. Another restaurant was right next to it, so there was often a strong smell of food. The constant slamming of the front door was also disturbing when someone arrived or left. This noise was also repeated several times at night. Nevertheless, the accommodation was acceptable, we were able to spend 4 nights there, but if I had known these things in advance, I might have looked for another accommodation.

Summary: Hmm, I don't know. Not the best accommodation, not the best price.
