The house, 51m2 duplex, is in a small condominium (5 apartments in 2 buildings). A 2-space car park (one behind the other) is available. Right next to it, you have a 14m2 covered terrace.
On the ground floor, the refurbished kitchen, fully equipped (details below), is open to the living / dining room. Emphasis has been placed on child safety (anti-tip drawers, grill to protect the cooking plate, oven with cold door).
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (Bultex mattress).
The bay window opens onto a 40m2 garden with a beautiful sea view. Two deckchairs and a garden table are present.
A washing machine is available.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with individual air conditioning, a toilet and a bathroom.
The first bedroom has a double bed (140 × 190), the second has two single beds (90 × 190). The bedding is brand new and of very good quality. Each bedroom has a closet.
The WC and the shower room overlook the scrub, the two bedrooms have a beautiful sea and mountain view.
Prices include household linen (sheets / towels / tea towels) provided and cleaning included.
We would like to point out that the linen supplied is made from organic cotton.

Summary: The house lacks many little things, nothing serious but we didn't really feel comfortable. For example, there were no chair or anything else in the bedroom to lay down our clothes and in the kitchen there are only very small drinking glasses. Unfortunately, the way to the beach is along the big street, which is not very nice, especially in the evening. The terrace and the very small garden are unfortunately right next to the car park of the 5 apartment parties. The contact with the owner is very nice and helpful.
