Positive: Good location close to all attcactions. Quite spacious.

Negative: During the first night in November, the temperature in the apartment was around 15°C, which was especially uncomfortable as we were staying with children — they were cold. The apartment only warmed up the following day after long use of electric heaters. Instead of providing real assistance, the host tried to convince me that I did not know how to operate the air conditioning and suggested that I look for additional heaters myself. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, but it lacked basic items such as a cutting board, and the knives were very dull. The apartment felt rather gloomy, as it was painted entirely in grey, including the ceiling. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes. Another downside was the noise at night. There is a restaurant downstairs, and people were standing outside talking loudly until around 1 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, I had problems obtaining an invoice for the stay from the owner, as communication on this matter was difficult. Overall, the apartment needs improvement in terms of heating, equipment, and guest service.
