The spacious accommodation is all on one level and the front door leads into the homely kitchen which has been designed in keeping with the villas past life as a farmhouse. Terracotta tiles and light-pine units are mixed with modern day appliances including a dishwasher, electric hob and a television. The kitchen leads into the large open-plan living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa, tv, dvd player, and a large dark-wood dining table and chairs. There are patio doors from here to the covered dining terrace, swimming pool and garden.
The four bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and colorful with lots of natural light. There are two double bedrooms and a twin, all with luxurious en-suite shower bathrooms, and a further twin bedroom and separate shower bathroom. The decor throughout the house is brand-new and luxurious, each of the four bathrooms is unique with very modern, high quality fittings.
Outside, there's a covered dining terrace with a large dining table and chairs, plus additional seating where you can relax in the shade with a book and glass of wine! The large swimming pool with Roman steps is on the tiled terrace with luxury sun loungers and a parasol. Surrounding the terrace is the newly landscaped garden, with large lawns, pretty flowers and several fruit trees.
