The park is characterized by a common area of passage for the two structures and by 2 areas each respectively of private and exclusive use of its structures. The spaces are delimited so as to ensure privacy and tranquility for those present in the overall two-family structure.

Piccola Duna has a seafront area in the park with an umbrella, sunbeds, chairs and changing room with heated shower as well as private access to the independent sea, so as to make the possibility of pleasant relaxation on the beach comfortable and immediate.
