Vila Maria João is a charming two bedroom villa with private pool, which is surrounded by a large terrace, situated in the quiet neighborhood of Mato Serrão, on the outskirts of the center of Carvoeiro (about 1.3 km from the center of Praia do Carvoeiro ).
The house has a double master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom (with 2 single beds) which is served by a second bathroom. Both rooms have air conditioning.
The living / dining room is a large, airy and comfortable lounge with satellite TV. There is also a fireplace that can light on the cooler days of the year, making the house more comfortable for winter.
Two large windows open onto the terrace and there is a BBQ built next to the pool area with plenty of outdoor dining. The pool has 7mx4m and a maximum of 2m deep. There are also sun loungers and mattresses on the pool patio and a staircase leading to the roof terrace above the house.
