Summary: A lovely little place on the very edge of the mountain village of Pila-Canale with lovely views of spectacular scenery. The house has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and was immaculately clean. Monique (the owner) could not have been more helpful. She maintained contact throughout our stay via email and text to ensure our well-being and made us feel very much at home. The only negative would be the 'community' garden at the rear. The space has limited privacy although shrubs have been planted to increase levels, they were in their infancy when we visited. Anyone wishing for a mountain escape on Corsica should consider this place. Modern, clean and well equipped with wonderful beaches just half an hour away it made for a lovely base from which to explore the island. We had a wonderful holiday, many thanks...
