Positive: We needed to stay there only one night, so it was OK for our needs. We arrived late in the evening, however there was not a problem to take the keys and to check in. We were traveling by car, so the fact that there is a parking spot in front of the door is an advantage for this place.

Negative: Entering with the car to the parking spot in front of the door is not so easy. We were with a big car and if I was driving, probably I would not manage. Also the kitchen was not roomy. It was not a problem for us, because we needed only to sleep and leave, however if you plan a longer stay and you are a 4members family, keep that in mind.
