Vacation Rental (Apartment Top 3) for 1 to 5 people
The living area of the TOP 3 vacation rental, located on the top floor of the Alpenblick vacation home, is approximately 50 square meters, accommodating up to 5 people in two separate bedrooms and the living room. The apartment includes a rooftop terrace with high-quality seating and an area of approximately 15 square meters. Prices per day vary by season and apply to the rental of the entire apartment, depending on the maximum occupancy (either 4 or 5 people). The house has a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, which are available for use. Parking in front of the vacation home is free. A one-time cleaning fee/flat rate is added to all apartment prices.
Plus a visitor’s tax and local tax of €2.90 per day per adult (collected on site)

On-site costs: The Alpenblick offers 3 different vacation apartments, all equipped with high-quality amenities. Rates are based on the apartment, number of guests, length of stay, and final cleaning—and vary depending on size and number of rooms. The current visitor’s tax is €2.90 per adult per day for guests aged 15 and older and must be paid on-site. For dogs, we charge €10.00 per day per pet, excluding food
Check-in is available from 3:01 PM to 11:01 PM, and check-out is from 7:01 AM to 10:00 AM.
