This residence is located in the serene residential area of Fraser, just 6 miles away from the Winter Park Ski Resort. Situated on a 0.8-acre lot, it offers convenient access to the free town shuttle, which stops right across the street.
The property has been transformed into a luxurious, high-end themed vacation home, featuring 1,752 square feet of living space with a focus on comfort and entertainment.
The two-tier living room is furnished for relaxation and features a 50" plasma wide-screen HDTV with Comcast cable, a gas fireplace, and access to a large deck with a BBQ grill and a private outdoor hot tub.
The open floor plan connects the dining and kitchen areas, with granite countertops, a dining table, hardwood floors, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The large dining area also serves as a workspace, offering free in-unit wireless internet and multiple laptop plug-ins. The main level also includes a full bathroom and laundry room.
The lower level houses 3 main bedrooms, all with mountain furnishings, comfortable bedding, TV's, DVD and/or VCR, and cable.
The primary bedroom features a Queen bed with cable TV, DVD, and a bonus bathroom with a jetted tub and stereo entertainment. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also have queen beds and share a hallway bathroom.
The loft area is perfect for kids with an open sitting area, PS2 and standard TV, DVD, and cable.
