A large terrace with garden and rural grounds welcomes you in the middle of nature, with a barbecue where you can have dinner with family and friends, an 8*4 metre swimming pool, outdoor shower, several sun loungers and two semi-covered terraces with table and chairs, as well as some decorative details arranged with good taste by the owners.
We enter the house through the living-dining room, which is spacious and very bright, with details such as stone walls, sloping ceilings with wooden beams, various tiles and oriental style. The perfect place to watch TV, surround yourself with friends, cook together or just relax on the comfortable sofa. The open concept kitchen, fully integrated into the living room, is fully equipped; it even has two coffee machines, one Nespresso and one Melita, for the most demanding.
On the same floor, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom, tastefully decorated like the rest of the house. On the first floor there is another bedroom with en-suite bathroom, all with first-class furnishings and very good taste.
