The villa is all on one level and very spacious with air-conditioning throughout and there is an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchenette with patio doors with direct access on to the wrap around terrace that is bathed in the sun all day. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk in showers.
The terrace with sun umbrella includes BBQ and an outside dining area. There is a roof terrace with 2 sun loungers and table with two chairs.
On the complex is an adult and children's pool. There is a small supermarket and coffee shop. This villa is very well located just few minutes from the famous golf courses and in Old Course.
