The property endowed with breathtaking views is located on a ridge line within a gated community . Bilingual owner or assistant to help you. Immerse yourself in the peace and tranquility that abounds on our property. Let your senses enjoy the fresh mountain air, beautiful scenery and greenery. Maybe you will catch a glimpse of a Toucan or the nocturnal Cuyeo. More wildlife can be seen from our terrace. Enjoy the tropical fruits grown on the property including citrus, banana, mango, papaya, and plantain. Summary: To start, there are nice views and you can watch the clouds roll in. However, there are multiple people living on this property, including a long term renter. She entertained guests while we were there. So, the privacy is not existent for the pool area. There is also a house being constructed next door, so expect noise from 6am to 6pm. The host was not welcoming and the house was not especially clean: dirty sink, moldy pillows in the closet, old bird poop on covered deck, Also, the pool was not clean upon our arrival. The air conditioner units did work well.
