Our newly renovated luxury villa is located only 250 m from the beach in a quiet gated community. The villa is spacious, light, modern and has a large private pool in the beautiful garden. With a fully equipped kitchen, the villa is perfect for families or large groups who want to feel at home. Located in a prime location close to the center of Santa Teresa with walking distances to supermarkets, restaurants, and other activities. The house is secured with a fence and electronic gates both to the house and to the street. Located far from the road which makes it very quiet and clean from dust. We offer cleaning service every day and babysitter if needed. The house is also very children friendly, with a fenced pool and no slippery floors around it.
