DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL UNIT
Luxury Suite is on the second floor of our villa in Icici. Villa is 2 minutes from the beach and ACI marina in Icici.Suite is luxuriously furnished in a minimalist style, with a total floor area of 140 m²and consists of three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms and a large hall balcony that has a view of the entire Kvarner. Capacity 6persons. The master bedroom is air-conditioned, has 25 m², double bed and a balcony overlooking the sea. The second bedroom has a private bath ensuite called for guests staying here to have complete privacy and comfort. The bathroom has a large shower with massage stupom.U its 30 m²is situated on a double bed. The third room has two single beds. The living room is connected with kitchen and dining room has access to terasu.Living room ihas airconditioning and fireplace wood stove for the winter months. The main bathroom has a Jacuzzi hydromassage bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped.
