Mlini used to be the ancient historical settlement Molina. This was the centre of the milling trade, and a long time ago it was often mentioned because before the water system was built water was taken from here to Dubrovnik, especially in the summer months when there was a drought. In the 15th century, two boats regularly carried drinking water from Mlini to Dubrovnik. The humidity and warm climate have accounted for the development of parks and gardens of fragrant Mediterranean herbs and plants, turning Mlini into a unique place of the Adriatic ecosystem. The villa is an ideal choice for those who want to spend their holiday relaxing in a luxurious private area close to the sea, as well as for those who want to enjoy themselves in the spacious and elegant spaces of this magnificent edifice.
Villa Molina is spread over three floors: the basement, the ground floor and the first floor, has 4 en-suite bedrooms and it is perfect accommodation for 8 persons.
In basment of the villa there is a laundry room which guests can use, toilette and garage for car. On the first floor of the villa, which is the space for daily socializing and relaxation, there is a hallway that leads you into a spacious living room furnished with antique furniture. On the other hand, this room is also equipped with all the modern technology needed for modern times. From the living room, you enter the sun-bathed and airy space in which a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room. From the kitchen and the dining room, you can step onto a large stone terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, equipped with a table and chairs, where you will certainly spend memorable evenings. From the terrace, you can go directly into the garden, where there is a grill for preparing specialties. The first floor of this luxury villa is connected to the ground level with an external staircase which leads into 4 double bedrooms. Two double bedrooms can accommodate additional baby cot for small children. All rooms have their own bathrooms. Each room has a sea view.
Special attention of Villa Molina is given to its sumptuous exterior with a spacious and carefully landscaped exotic garden, swimming pool, summer kitchenette, terraces and outdoor seating.
