Comfortable, well-equipped villa with single-storey annexe and secure, heated, in-ground 4mx10m swimming pool. Salt water treatment, self-managed. This accommodation, which is open most of the year, is ideally located for touring. We are a 10-minute drive from the beaches. Please note that we do not recommend our accommodation for non-swimming children.

The 124-square-metre villa and its 65-square-metre annexe, rented together, will provide you with: 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and 3 WCs, 1 mezzanine, 1 entrance and a cellar. It also has a large, fully enclosed private garden, 3 terraces, one of which is under a large pergola, and 3 parking spaces on the property.
Wifi is free (fibre), and the 1500 square metre property is fully enclosed. The area is quiet. The village is easily accessible on foot. The surrounding paths and nearby lake offer lovely walks right next to the house.
All rooms are air-conditioned. The accommodation is rated 3 stars. The private swimming pool is heated (if required) and is open from mid-April to mid-October, weather permitting. Three parking spaces on the property. A plancha, a barbecue, plenty of garden furniture, books and games and bicycles (on request). The 2 owners live on the property, at the rear of the villa, and are not overlooked. We welcome your dogs (up to 3 dogs/stay).
