The villa is fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate a maximum of 11 and optimally 10 people. The villa consists of the ground floor, 1st, and 2nd floor. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and dining room, and a fireplace, while on the first floor there is a spacious living room consisting of a sofa, TV, coffee table, and has access to the balcony. Upstairs there is one bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, terrace, another kitchen and dining room with table for 10 people.
On the second floor, you will be comfortably accommodated in 4 more bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, and there are two more bathrooms with showers. From one room you will be able to enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea. On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 34 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m. Next to it, you can sunbathe on 4 deck chairs.
