The villa was built in 2022 in a modern style of construction, and provides its guests with 260 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 400 m2. It is only 30 meters away from the nearest sea, which is an excellent opportunity to swim not only in the pool but also in the clear and clean sea. Also, Villa Leona Vir is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for up to 8 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a double bed, and the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be joined into a double bed. The villa also has 3 bathrooms with showers, two of which are en suite bathrooms.
The living room contains 2 sofas, a table, TV, and a fireplace, and right next to the living room there is a dining room with a table for 8 people and a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for family and friends.
Also, on the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located, you will enjoy the sea view and have your morning coffee on 2 terraces or a lounge area with sitting furniture.
On the outdoor terrace you will be pleasantly refreshed in the pool of 28 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, whose additional function is hydromassage, and also contains a children's section. There are 8 sun loungers by the pool. You will not only have to prepare meals inside the villa, in the kitchen, but you can also use the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, and thus try your culinary skills of preparing traditional Dalmatian dishes.
