The beautiful villa Olea Vir is located on the eponymous island of Vir, which is surrounded by the Vir Sea and the Povljana Channel, and numerous smaller bays. It is 26 km away from Zadar, while the nearest town Nin is 15 km away. Since 1976, it has been connected to the mainland by a port bridge, making Vir an integral part of the mainland. Villa Olea Vir was built in 2021 with a modern style of construction, offering guests 240 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 4000 m2. It is only 400 meters away from the bright and clean sea, which is a great opportunity for pleasant refreshment and swimming in the sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 7 people, while the optimal number is 6. On the upper floor you will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with two double beds (160x200) and two single beds (90x200). There are also two bathrooms with shower, one is ordinary while the other is en suite. On the upper floor you will also enjoy the terrace where there is a sitting area where you can have your morning coffee and hang out with the family.
The ground floor contains a living room with sofa, side table, TV, fireplace and chest of drawers, and near the living room are dining room with dining table for 8 people and a modern kitchen with everything you need to happily prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. Also, on the ground floor there is a wellness room with a jacuzzi, and fans of active holidays will be delighted by several exercise equipment and a punching bag.
On the outdoor terrace you will enjoy the heated pool next to which there are 4 sun loungers, a garden sofa, a barbecue on wood or charcoal and an outdoor covered dining table. There is enough space on the terrace for children's play and entertainment, and the additional content of the villa consists of one extra bed (90x200), washing machine, dryer and iron, and there are 3 separate toilets.
Kids will have fun playing the PlayStation, and they can use the slide and swings.
