Ideal for 2 or 3 families, the house is composed of 2 independent buildings, it is located facing the sea in a cul-de-sac that leads to the beach and 50m from the port of the picturesque Becquet. It is located in a quiet and pleasant setting, the house was completely redecorated in 2021 and it has a magnificent sea view. It is ideally located for beautiful walks, close to a kayak club and discover our beautiful Cotentin region between La Hague and Le Val de Saire.
The 1st building is composed on the first floor of a living room with shower room and toilet upstairs of a landing with a trundle bed, 3 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.
The 2nd building is composed on the first floor of a living room and a shower room with toilet, on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and toilet, on the 2nd floor a small mezzanine with 2 single beds (the mezzanine is not recommended for young children: steep staircase and unclosed mezzanine.
Possibility to provide 2 high chairs and a travel cot (there is a cot in one of the bedrooms)
