At 80 m from the beach, in a residential estate with trees and quiet, beautiful villa 3-sided very bright 110 m2 on a garden of 450 m2 fully fenced and garage. Entrance with separate toilet serves a large living-dining room with fireplace and open new kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, coffee maker, robots, dishes ...). The entrance also distributes 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom (one with bath and double sink, 2 small with sink, hip bath and toilet).
The fourth bedroom (bed 140 + shower room, washbasin and WC) is located outside the house, like a small studio.
All rooms have direct access to the garden (security glass door, carpentry and aluminum shutter). Large terrace with blinds around the house, barbecue, outdoor shower with toilet and local garden.
