Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Pros: - great geographic location. View towards the sea with even a little bit of sea-view from the house location. No houses obstruct the view towards the valley in front of the house. - Outside area is spacious with separated area (pool 8x4m, coal-barbecue and seating area with pavilion) - Landlord was very friendly and if you had issues tried to help you instantly - Kitchen suitable for 6 guests. Huge refrigerator. New oven. - 1st floor rooms (2 bathrooms + 3 double rooms, one with AC) are big enough for comfort. Good to know: - Owners two dogs run free in the area using the green in front of the house as their loo (sometimes the terrace too) - The pool was frequently cleaned by ourselves. Then the quality was acceptable - There is animal farming located in the valley in front of the house. Lots of sheep and shepherd-dogs. So even at night a lot of barking and animal noises. More flies than other locations. - Moderate amount of mosquitoes - You definitely need a car (or you can walk about 45 min to the beach)

Negative: Cons: - Cockroaches in the house (we met 15 of them during our 3 weeks stay) - Cleaning team prior hand-over did a poor job. Floor was dirty and we had to clean it 2x by ourselves to feel comfortable. - Dishes had to be cleaned again prior to first use. - Furniture especially beds are old and not very comfortable - 4th bed-room is a tiny little room (single bed, no cabinet) on ground floor next to the kitchen. - Most doors (bathroom + bedrooms) do not close. Also no keys available. - This locations is overdue for some intense overhaul. The age in inventory shows. Bathrooms are old and poorly maintained.
