The ground floor features a comfortable living room which opens out onto the main porch overlooking the pool, and is equipped with a large plasma screen TV with satellite and a wonderful open fireplace.
There is a large, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with dining area which opens out onto one of the outdoor dining terraces.
The first floor features a spacious library lounge which opens onto a wonderful terrace with luxurious outdoor furniture, billiard table and beautiful views of the countryside and sea beyond.
