The house, its independent studio and its room in the trees are surrounded by a private landscaped park, nestled among the trees and mimosas, olive trees, and other plants of the southern Ardèche.

Detached house with beautiful comfortable furniture. The covered terrace (patio of 20 m²) has a garden furniture and a built-in barbecue. An ideal place for a quiet evening with family or friends in front of the lighted swimming pool.
At the other end of the pool, a beautiful furnished and flowered pergola with outdoor shower and water point.
The interior of the house is very well equipped and decorated with care. Large dining room, living room with flat screen TV, fireplace and wi-fi equipment. Beautiful kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge / freezer.
In one bedroom, a double bed (180 cm × 200 cm). In the other, a double bed (160cm × 200 cm)
Nice bathroom. Separate WC and utility room with washing machine.
