On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed, work table and wardrobe/dressing room, air conditioning, direct access to the terrace and the private swimming pool (water treated with salt). Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Living and dining room with fireplace, table with 6 chairs. Satellite TV and direct access to a fully equipped open kitchen, with all accessories and a table with chairs, with a wood stove. Dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave. Outside there is a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a pull-out bed. Capacity for 5 people (possibility of 1 extra bed for children up to 12 years old, extra costs 20 euros per night to be paid when booking). Another bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning. Private swimming pool, 9 x 5 meters terrace with barbecue and porch to enjoy the shade to eat. Parking for 3 cars.
