In addition to the location, this house has a 60m² private roof terrace with urban and green mountain views. The roof terrace has a BBQ area, table and chairs for entertaining, loungers for relaxing, shower, a large marquee for sun protection and blue tooth surround sound system with speakers. It is a great way to relax, BBQ and still hear the buzz of village life below. There are stairs to enter the apartment and 2 sets of stairs to get onto the roof terrace. The stairs are well lit and have handrails.
