This village house with a beautiful pool area in the backyard is located on a quiet street in the pretty village of Porreres. It is tastefully furnished and well equipped. The typical Mallorcan weekly market, cafés and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The location in the center of the island is ideal for excursions to many beautiful corners of Mallorca.
First floor:
Here you will find the cozy living and dining area with sofa and dining table. Natural stone walls, exposed wooden beams and a wood-burning stove create a very homely atmosphere. Behind the living area is a bathroom with shower and next to it is the well-equipped kitchen, from which you have access to the pool area. The backyard with the pool is surrounded by a wall which acts as a privacy screen. On the terrace there is a seating area with parasol and a brick barbecue. Loungers by the pool invite you to relax. The village house has a living space of approx. 100 sqm.
Second floor:
On this level, there is a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and another room with two single beds (110 cm x 200 cm). This room has direct access to the roof terrace with garden furniture and parasol. There is a separate WC between the two rooms. The bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, which also serves as heating in winter.
Outdoor area:
The house is located on the outskirts of Porreres on a quiet one-way street. The pool is located at the rear in the middle of an inner courtyard, surrounded by a small sunbathing area with artificial grass and beautifully decorated with Mediterranean plants. The adjoining grounds belong to the property, where the rental car can be parked safely.
Pool:
5 m x 3 m, depth 100 cm - 150 cm, stair access, outdoor shower, fresh water, cleaning with chlorine.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. Long-term rental is also possible in winter, price on request. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
