The house has the perfect location in the middle of the picturesque old town, in a quiet cul de sac only once around the corner to the worth seeing Piazza Skor and 50m to the sea. Everything is in walking distance in Stari Grad. All districts are easy to reach even with strollers, because the place is fairly flat.
In 1-3 minutes you can find several shops as well as cafes, restaurants, etc. Several free parking spaces are reachable within a 3-minute walk.
Nice beaches are in 15-20 min. pleasant walking along the coast, accessible on every bay side.
