Positive: It was a lovely B&B so comfortable and clean with lots of little extras. Vanessa was so friendly and welcoming, we loved the little kitchen area with a fridge which was so useful . Breakfast was fab delivered to us and plenty of choice.

Negative: Nothing

Summary: Fabulous find, I would certainly recommend to stay here. Also best restaurant about 15 min walk Osteria Ammangiari , fab
