Positive: Wonderful location near the mountains, peaceful and serene. The staff were friendly and attentive, everything was clean, and the food was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!

Negative: There were many external visitors in the hotel spa, making it extremely crowded. As a result, we couldn't fully enjoy or benefit from the experience.
