Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The stuff was very nice and the hotel was pretty close to the beach.

Negative: I probably had too high expectations because of the great reviews, but I was disappointed. The breakfast wasn’t diverse and the bread was never fresh. We expected the rooms to be much cleaner. My parents let them clean every day, but their balcony was never cleaned, their bedsheets weren’t changed even once, and overall cleaning was barely done. I didn’t ask for my room to be cleaned every day, but when the cleaning ladies came, they did a pretty superficial job. My balcony was already dirty when I checked in. The staff was very nice though, and I hope this feedback is taken as constructive and helps them improve.

Summary: Overall, the stay didn’t quite live up to the reviews, but the staff was kind and respectful throughout.
