It's a beautiful 3 bedroom property located in the sleepy village of Maureilhan, only 10 minutes from Béziers and 20 minutes from the beach.The owner lives there full time when not renting it out in the summer, so the house has a very homey and comfortable feel to it that really adds to the charm. It's been thoughtfully decorated with luxury furniture and beautiful touches dotted around the place.Enter through the main gate where you'll find a very smart front garden with parking for 2 cars and a garage. Follow the path along the side of the house and through the little gate into the back garden where the private swimming pool and terrace are waiting for you. This is the perfect spot to relax due to it being at the back of the house away from the road. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a manicured Mediterranean garden and the large terrace offers the ideal spot for an al fresco meal between loved ones, under the stars.The front door leads to two different levels - upstairs, you'll find the large open plan dining/kitchen/living room with large windows overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to make a delicious meal and the dining area is bright, spacious and very comfortable. The living area has a comfortable sofa and TV with French channels, all overlooking the swimming pool. The highlight of this space is the mezzanine that overlooks the rest of the room - this is the perfect place to get a little bit of privacy whilst still being a part of the bustle downstairs.
