This charming villa of 140 m2, all comfort is on a plot of 6000 m2 fully secured (electric fence and guard on site). The villa can accommodate 4 people.
Concerning the night part, there are 2 rooms: In the parental room there is a bed in 160 cm, a dressing and a room-of-bath with TOILET; in the second bedroom there are two beds in 90 cm, a large wall cupboard and another independent bathroom with another toilet.
Concerning the day part, there is a bright living room equipped with a television with an access on the terrace. The kitchen is quite spacious with an adjoining laundry room, fully equipped (gas cooker 5 fires, oven, dishwasher ....). You have the possibility of taking your meals in the kitchen or on the terrace. This room also has direct access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool.
Regarding the outside of the villa you have a pool of 9 m by 3. 6 m (depth: 1m53) equipped with an electric curtain for the safety of your children and a wooden terrace of 120 m2. Here too, comfort is privileged with a garden furniture and chiliennes at the edge of the swimming pool. You will also find a barbecue at your disposal and if you wish it is possible to have fresh eggs during your stay (henhouse family).
Although the place is quiet and relaxing, it is not necessarily removed because the villa is located near the major tourist attractions (Bonifacio 10 minutes, Porto- Vecchio 15 minutes, Sartène / Propriano 30 minutes). are quite close (between 2 and 5 kms, or 8 to 10 min). The beaches preserved by the protection of the littoral, are accessible by small paths (field of the Testa to see photo) or by car for the beaches of the handle of Pianottoli Caldarello (see photo).
On these beaches there are many activities: windsurfing, Wind surfing, kayaking, stand-up paddle. In the neighboring villages other activities are possible: city-stadium, tennis, karting, hiking trails in the mountains or plain, visits to prehistoric sites and museums, which will meet the desires of each.
In these same villages you will find different shops with local products (supermarket, fruits and vegetables, butcher ....), but also for your well-being (hairdresser, beautician ...) and bars restaurants that offer themed evenings sometimes animated by Corsican singers.
To perfect your holidays it is possible to have a delivery of meals at home by a family restaurant (a map of the restaurant will be at your disposal in the villa).
