This bright villa is located in the very popular and prestigious Vila Sol resort, home of the Algarve. It is spacious and beautifully presented over 3 floors, it features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a has a total internal living area of over 400m2. It’s set within a quiet residential area, with lots of privacy right around...benefiting from a mature landscaped garden and charming swimming pool.
This superb villa, which is entered through double wooden doors, comprises an entrance hall with an archway leading to the spacious living/dining room. There is a log burner for the colder/cooler winter months, air conditioning throughout the villa and patio doors leading out to the swimming pool and garden areas. The kitchen is well equipped, it has a breakfast table, ample space for dinner parties or larger gatherings, a large double door fridge, ironing facilities, radio, washing machine, dishwasher and all kitchen appliances one would expect.
The villa’s master room has its en-suite bathroom with a hot tub bath pressure jets and a separate shower. It’s located on the top floor and has big glass sliding doors leading to a private sun terrace overlooking the beautiful surroundings of Vila Sol resort. Complimented with a very comfortable king-size bed, lots of wardrobes and a table and two chairs.
The second guest bedroom is also located on the top floor, with its en-suite shower room. The room benefits from natural light, a great layout with loads of wardrobe space and a large bed.
There are 2 more large bedrooms that both share a bathroom with separate bath and shower facility, situated on the ground floor of the villa, both have direct access to the garden.
There’s an additional bedroom downstairs in the basement with 3 single beds, these can either be used for bigger groups on holiday, sharing the benefits of a luxury villa or otherwise children who may want to take advantage of the games room next door.
