The medieval city of Carcassonne is nearby, and there are beautiful beaches within a day trip distance (Gruissan Plage is 75km).
The house is wonderfully private, set back from any roads and with land as far the eye can see (the whole estate is 630 acres), it is a breathtaking unspoilt Mediterranean landscape.
