Summary: L'emplacement à 2 pas du lac, l'espace jardin et sa végétation, la grandeur de la maison et ses 3 terrasses d'exposition. Un cadre vraiment idéal, mais.. c'est une ancienne maison qui a certainement subi un dégas des eaux par le passé et la pluie du mois de juillet n'a rien arrangé, l'odeur de moisie était insoutenable et nous avons passé 2 semaines tout ouvert jour et nuit !qu'il fasse chaud ou froid afin d'atténuer les migraines que cela me causait. A notre arrivée la cafetière était pleine et non nettoyée, le canapé noire plein de sable, la douche bouchée(j'ai retiré une masse de cheveux du siphon), le tapis de bois plein de moisi sur le dessous (j'ai fini par l'enlever car on glissait dessus), le bac du frigo et l'un des bacs latérales étaient sales, et la gazinière pleine de miette, pourtant le ménage avait été fait par l'agence. Pour notre départ nous avons remis le lit tel que nous l'avions trouvé quasiment collé au mur de la fenêtre mais la dame de l'agence avait du mal à nous croire, et malgré les vitres que j'ai oublié de nettoyer je pense avoir rendu cette maison en meilleur état que je ne l'ai trouvé. Hormis l'odeur infernale j'ai aimé cette maison et l'agence me semble très bien aussi. Gros bémol pour la connexion qui était très très basse ce qui a déçu mon mari et ma fille. Et pour le prix, je pense qu'on aurait dû payer un peu moins car odeur et connexion sont vraiment des points noirs, c'est dommage je ne relouerait plus ici, pourtant c'était idéal.Mais je pourrai repasser par l'agence que je trouve sérieuse malgré tout.
