Beautiful historic villa built back on 1912, and recently renovated, located on a hill above the Lake Maggiore near the wonderful town of Stresa, wonderful position with stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains! The villa’s private garden of about 5500 sqm is perfectly maintained full of colored flowers, with different relaxing areas offers to guests unique views, there is also an equipped area with table chairs and barbecue for al fresco meals.
The beautiful town of Stresa is also reachable by using the Stresa-Mottarone Cable car, the station is only 300 meters from the villa and it is a wonderful experience! The nearest Mottarone mountain is called the natural balcony because thanks to its position offers unique views of the alps and the whole Po valley, from the summit of mountain is also possible to see all the seven lakes, Maggiore, Orta, Mergozzo, Varese, Comabbio, Monate and Biandronno,
The interiors of the property cover about 400 sqm developing in different levels.
At the ground floor there is a very spacious and bright living room with elegant sofas Sat. TV, large dining room with table for 10, and a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, electric over etc.
A wooden stair cases leads to the first floor with two double bedroom both with private bathroom with shower, two other bedrooms are in the same floor one double and with twin beds, both facing the garden and sharing a bathroom with bath tub and a shower.
Up the mansard floor there is last double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; Please note that this last bedroom has a French size bed

Rental Rules:
A 30% Non Refundable deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 75 days prior to arrival.

Euro 2000,00 that will be collected on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
