Summary: Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are several areas that need improvement. The property is clean, and the gardens are very well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The à la carte restaurant serves good food, and the staff was friendly. However, breakfast needs more variety and should be available until at least 10:00 a.m., as ending service at 9:00 a.m. feels too early for guests who are on vacation. The pool also requires structural maintenance, as some areas look worn and neglected. The rooms could be more comfortable for families. At a minimum, the living room should have air conditioning, since in accommodations for five people, one person ends up sleeping without A/C. The curtains also look old and should be replaced. The beach behind the hotel was a real disappointment. I personally chose this hotel because it is promoted as having a beach just a few minutes away, directly behind the property. Unfortunately, the beach is barely usable, with many branches and tree trunks, strong winds, and very little sand available to relax or enjoy. It also faces away from the sunset, so guests should not expect to enjoy a beautiful sunset from this beach. Overall, the stay was relatively good, but not exceptional. With better maintenance, improved breakfast options, more comfortable rooms, and more accurate information about the beach, the hotel could offer a much better experience.
