The main house, Casa Contenta, is almost 1500 s/f and provides all with the indoor/ outdoor feeling with walls of windows. It offers a chef's kitchen, dining both inside and out and a breakfast bar. This is an ideal gathering social space for your entire group to enjoy. A small lounge area is also in this space.
Enjoy the large bedroom and its split king bed (elevating independently) and ensuite shower bath with dual vanity, marble finishes. Additionally, there are 2 twin ( trundle bed) beds in our loft. There is an additional 1/2 bath. High-end custom finishes throughout. Sleeps 4.
Our Casita (461 s/f) provides a king bed, ensuite bath, and full kitchen. and floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom has marble counter, and walk-in shower with a sky-view dome. Situated at the poolside with a great terrace (138 s/f), you can relax or dine alfresco with room for 4 or more. Enjoy views of the garden, pool, and ocean. Ideal for those with limited physical abilities. Perfect for a couple. Sleeps 2.
2 suites, "oh Wow, and Tranquilo" are located in an upstairs area of the property capturing even more expansive views. They are mirror images of each other. Both these deluxe suites offer a king bedroom with walls of glass. Adjoining the bedroom via a grand bathroom is a second "junior" bedroom. Every room has access from the terrace, or through interior interconnecting doors. There is a single bed and a bunk bed for 3 people in one of the junior rooms, sleeping 4 total. The second junior room offers a single bed, and bunkbed for 2, sleeping total of 3. These 2 rooms are ideal for children. The suites are approximately 30 feet from the pool, main house and casita. There is a lockable pocket door that divides the 2 suites if desired. A magnificent terrace of 590 s/f is your to enjoy. Suites in total sleep 11.
Our suites "Oh Wow" and "Tranquilo" each have their own kitchenette. With marble counters, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a refrigerator, you can make a handy snack anytime.
Spend your morning or golden hour in the ideal gathering space of our 500 s/f ocean and jungle view gazebo just a short stroll from the refreshing huge pool.
